Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full rupee.
Return & Refund Policy
At CURA ESPIRITUAL we do our absolute best to ensure that our product descriptions are as in - depth as possible so that you will not encounter any unexpected surprises when you receive our products.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@curaespiritual.in. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or replaced, such as customized orders and products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacement on-sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
